Kiyo to the rescue!
"Without a sausage, can it even be called a hot dog?" No. No it can not. >:\
I wasn't aware that making lemonade required a recipe. o_O
lol i was expecting the hotdog to be under the noodles
this really gave me inspiration to make lemon with honey. i always put sugar, ill try with honey this time.
honey in general are always better than sugar
Kiyo, so precious!!!
no she's not
Wise to remember to never play with food otherwise the demon inside Mother will rise
Little Kiyo throwing peanuts is quite adorable
Pouring glue in the drink... classic.
i need to try hot lemonade
I love this series so much! But I wish they'd stop showing all those crappy western recipes! If these girls were to have studied the population of America, they shouldn't be surprised that they chose a simpler version for the name 'hot dog' because AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE DUMB AS ROCKS! Simple! Most of them there can't even spell their own names right, if you watch stuff like Big Bang Theory.
But stop polluting this beautiful Japanese series with western crap! If I wanted to watch american things, I'd watch something on Netflix! Fuck this!
And finally, I am very happy that they included the old traditional Beans Throwing event for exorcising demons that has become popular from the old mythology of Abe no Seimei! It was the time when it was rumoured that demons and Shinigami may in fact exist. Of course these days, it is rather used only for entertaining people and for historical events! Still pretty and pleasant to watch! :))))))
well, you can always read the manga, where theres more recipe (sadly for you, also some more western recipe but theres more japanese recipe too). Theres also more stories and cultural explanation, and the format is less... educational? children-intended? well theres no little educational corner in the end like the anime at least. I think the anime is made more children-intended than the manga and thats why its like this, idk, to show more open-mindedness and international variety i guess? since otherwise it has a lot of traditional japanese culture going on (you know, with geiko and maiko and stuff). I agree with you tho that theres less japanese recipe that i expect to made it into the anime. Altho to be fair, the japanese recipe in the manga tend to show up when its filler chapters, or has more "boring everyday dish for japanese household" theme, so i guess they pick something more interesting for local viewers. (but theyre interesting recipe for foreigners like us i guess). Idk whats their criteria for picking which manga chapters/recipes, but this is my guess
I love Kiyo's interaction with her Nan, it's just so sweet. Okaasan cracks me up, I love that she's strict but also kind. I want to know what the monkey was doing on that street scene to make that guy pull the face he was! LOL
And as a dachshund owner, I can totally confirm that those little bastards are totally heat seaking missles, and really get themselves warm and toasty before you get a chance to even grab an inch of blanket for yourself!
Lol, jahjajha same same.
I also dislike minorities btw, no offense.
What does being prejudice have to do with my response? If it's an opinion that offers nothing, does nothing, and costs nothing - keep it to yourself.
damn u sound like a mongolian lmao
I like how mangaka are just as interested in our practices as we are with theirs. They like the way we name hot dogs and how we use lemonade stands to make money.
Also, reminder that Ultra Instinct Goku gets stomped by Angry Demon Mother.
eyyy they do wear those costumes \ (•◡•) /
